Our Winemaking
Using their degrees in microbiology, oenology and environmental science, Rhiannon and Owen Goodwin have coupled their knowledge with old-world winemaking techniques to create the wines that make up Rhino Tiger Bear. The couple plays with balance using underlying principles of biodynamics to avoid the use of additives, using timing to grow meticulous vineyards. The additional work in the vineyard lessens the need to add during the winemaking process.
